1. Services Provided

We offer three SEO packages:

Basic Package: SEO audit, keyword research, 10 articles per month, Google Maps audit, social links, and analytics.
Standard Package: Includes all Basic Package features plus 20 articles per month (10 for a local blog and 10 on a personal blog).
Premium Package: Includes all Standard Package features plus creative marketing materials and collaboration with other platforms.

2. Service Terms

Scope of Work: Services provided in each package are fixed. Any additional services requested require a separate agreement and may incur additional fees.
Duration and Results: SEO results typically require a minimum of three months to show measurable effects. No specific ranking or traffic outcomes are guaranteed.
Client Cooperation: The Client agrees to provide timely access to relevant information and platforms necessary for service completion. Delays may impact timelines.

3. Fees and Payment

Pricing: Fees are payable on a monthly basis unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Payment Terms: Payment is due before the start of each service cycle. Accepted payment methods include PayPal.
No Refund Policy: Payments are non-refundable. If the Client discontinues services, they may do so, but no refunds will be issued for already made payments.

4. Cookies

By accessing PromoPro, you agree to use the required cookies. Cookies are text files placed on your hard disk by a web page server. They are uniquely assigned to you and only readable by the server that issued the cookie. We use cookies for statistical and marketing purposes. You may accept or decline optional cookies. PromoPro allows users to post comments. Studio Base Design does not filter, edit, or review comments before posting. Comments reflect the views of the poster, not Studio Base Design. 10. Liability

We are not liable for any loss of profit, revenue, or business opportunity arising from our services. Maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the Client for services provided under these Terms and Conditions.

11. Termination

Termination by Client: You may cancel services at any time. No refunds are provided for payments already made; service continues until the current billing cycle ends.
Termination by Us: We reserve the right to terminate services if the Client breaches these terms.

12. Reservation of Rights

We reserve the right to request the removal of all or any specific link to our Website. By linking to our Website, you agree to follow these terms and conditions.

13. Disclaimer

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we exclude all representations, warranties, and conditions relating to our website and the use of this website. As long as the website and its information are provided free of charge, we are not liable for any loss or damage of any nature.
